If you take a little off ride quality doesn't suffer that bad. If you get greedy then yea you will be sucking. Take off a 1/2 coil to start and see where you are.

Don't cut. Save and buy lowering springs. You will not like the ride quality with cut springs.

Sure some people can drive better than others in the snow... But why would you drive that in the snow anyway? That's just dumb. Plus Ohio is one if not the only state that uses salt to melt ice. Very bad for the car, unless you like a custom rust look.
