Default Head suggestions setup.

I know this has been tackled many times, but I'm looking for what would be best for my setup, plans, and budget.

The Car:
1994 V8 5spd
header back exhaust system, catless
cold air intake
under drive pulleys
3.55 rear end
Edlelbrock Victor Jr. (not on car yet)
stock internals

suspension mods to handle some power, rear arms upper/lower, panhard bar, springs shocks.... ect

Want to super charge in the next year or two, looking for about 500rwhp.
I have about $1500 to spend. What do you guys suggest???

190cc TFS fast as cast heads, or canfield 195's. the victor jr is the efi intake right? get a custom camshaft made for your setup by jay allen. also...if you plan on supercharging and running a decent amount of boost...you will most likely be at your factory block's limitations so if you want to reach your 500hp goal i would buy an aftermarket block and start building that up..

yes the car is EFI.... I've been looking into blocks and rolling assembly packages. I'm going to hold off on that for a little while long as I don't have a garage of my own to work in yet.

but thanks for the info, I will do some looking at parts.

Stock blocks limits are said to be 450-500 RWHP.

With that said, if you dont have a place to do some serious work on a car, dont mod it. Say it blows up..... Then what?

when you get up to those hp levels expecially if it's gonna be force fed, it'll be key that the tune be dead on for stock block use / longevity
