Default rebuilding engine

just went threw the engine will all new parts put e303 ford racing cam will the cam work ok with the stock heads

It'll work, but you won't seen huge (or perhaps any) power gain. Just be ready for the "e-cam is crap, there are much better cams out ther, e-cam is old school" comments and "the stock heads are junk don't bother doing anything unless you do the heads" comments also. Congrats though.

Like he said, the cam isn't gonna add much without the intake at least to help since the heads have been ported.

A split duration cam would have been a better choice that would match the flow of the heads.
Get ready for the "Get a Custom grind cam" barrage as well, then some TFS 190 fast as cast heads, Edelbrock RPMII intake and a 200 shot of Nitrous.

Nothing personal, but porting E7 heads is a bad move (unless you got it done for free). A good set of GT40s cost less than a good port job, and with the GT40s you have a better all around head.
