Default 5.0 stang motor vs 5.0 truck motor

Have a chance to get a 5.0 truck motor that is just sitting out side slowly getting ruined! Could anyone tell me all or at least some of the differences between the mustang motors and this truck motor. I believe the motor is out of a 92' F150. I know the intake is different. I'm sure the heads are different too. I would think about getting it of at least the blocks are the same and I could swap mustang intake and heads cam and pistons to build up for a mustang. Any info would be helpful! Thanks.

I believe the block has slight differences, it is a non-ho 302, I've heard the timing cover is different

ok i plan on building the motor so cams and pistons are all going out the door anyway. Probably wouldnt even use the heads really it depends on my budget and my wife, haha. So intakes should bolt up to this motor also?
