Help Me Choose a Cam :)
Ok so Im coverting to mass air, I met a guy who will sell me his mass air stuff out of his car(hes going carbed). So I wanna go for a new cam now that I wont be SD. I daily drive the car. I want a nice cam that will have ok drivability, but it want it to perform. Stock bottom end so Im not pulling any high revs. 1500-6000, ill pull it past 6000 once in a while but nothing crazy. I love that choppy idle that a cam with a certain duration gives too. LOVE IT!! anyway, what would be a good choice for me to go with? Also, im guessing new springs and cam bearings will be in order but can I use my old lifters as well?

Im doing as much as I can right now with the money I have, I dont have the 1000 or more for a nice set of heads. And its not like im going have this motor forever. I plan on doing a stroker in the next year or two so I will probobly change heads again for the stroker if I get new ones now. I understand the e7 heads are junk, but ill live with them for now. BTW lower that damn thing grnstang
