Default 87 mustang gt back fireing ??

its all stock when you hit the gas to floor it well tend to back fire ? what could that be not getting enough gas ? i do got a leak in the fuel lines but i didnt think that would cause the car to back fire or i could be wrong any help would be nice ?

Perhaps the timing is off? Did you check that?
