Tail lights partially out on 94 Mustang GT
With the 94 GT, I have the horizontal lights of course.
My mom moved my car earlier and I noticed on the three rows of lights, the bottom row (on both sides of the car) is dark. In testing, this happens while braking, not braking, headlights on, and headlights off.
Could this be a wiring issue or the odd chance that two bulbs on both sides burned out at the same time?
I was in my trunk last fall cleaning , but I do not think I was anywhere near the tail light wires to mess them up.
I have not really examined the problem, except looked behind the light and only one cable going into the tail light which was near the top of the three light rows. However, it was dark so I could not see very well. I will look into the light setup further.
Thanks!
Edit: Ok well I looked at some videos of 94 mustangs at night... it looks like the bottom light is always out, is this true? lol. They're just for looks?

Yeah the dash lights work fine along with all other lighting.
I just watched some videos of 94-95 mustangs and see that all of them have the last row unlit. It must mean they are meant to be that way. For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1J32yFCARb0
Since I've only had it for a year, I've never looked back at my tail lights to see how they worked. Guess I learned something new! :O
