Well to bring this back to life, I went back and ran the tests again.

I still get KOEO - #18

for KOER - I get 94/44. I cleared the 33 by hooking up the wires correctly.

Would appreciate any help I can get on this. I traced back to the TAD and TAB to verify they both get 12v+ to the red.

I am stuck right now.

Getting closer folks ..... after doing numerous tests to ensure the TAB/TAD are getting power, and that the Diverter and Bypass work, I began to get frustrated and was like, "let me pull the TAB/TAD solenoids and see what they look like. Low and behold both are cracked on the bottom, one actually broken in 2 as I was taking it out.

It seems neither was working, and more than likely also causing a vacuum leak to boot. I'm looking to hit the junkyard, or see if my local mustang club members can help me out.
