overflowing

i took out my thermo to check it and also tested it in some hot water and it opened and i also did have it installed right. I also drained out all the coolant and checked it and it looked good, it wasnt thick or weird looking like if oil was in it, i think my problem was that i had some air trapped in, i read in some other thread that having air trapped could cause high pressure. I dont think im burping my car right, it says it takes about 30-45 mins to get it right, the longest i lasted was like 10 mins and nothing burped, so thats makes me think theres no air trapped.

Could be your thermostat is stuck closed. I had that happen to me with my F-150...overflow was filling up and puking out. Do you have heat inside the car?

How long has it been sense you flushed your system? I know that air in your coolant system can hang around for a good while.
