Default SUPERCHARGED MUSTANG, TOO HOT

I have a supercharged 327 cobra. I drove it for the first time in length, only about a mile when the throttle got stuck. drove it back home, popped the hood to find the upper, lower, spacer adapter and throttle body was too hot to even touch. IS THIS NORMAL???? any ideas??
coolant is full and I have the PMS system on the car, is that the problem??

the engine will regularly reach temps of 200° or so. IMHO, that is too hot to touch, and completely normal

my car with the blower after a few minutes gets very hot around the intake. Do you run an intercooler?

200 is very hot to touch, especially on a material like aluminum that has a very high thermal conductivity, so it will transfer heat to any object cooler than it quite rapidly(ie, it'll burn the crap out of you if you touch it).

As long as it's not overheating, that's not an issue, but you need to solve the throttle sticking issue. Make sure there's no binding anywhere.

Any type of mechanical interference that causes the throttle to not operate correct. Something jammed in the spring, something twisted, gummed up throttle cable, sticky pivot points in the linkage etc.
