I have a O/R Prochamber midpipe and I love it. Not too expensive, easy to install, and great sound. A lot of people have BBK, Bassani, etc. as well.

I'd go with an H-pipe on a Fox!

why is this such a big deal for power? if it gives you some power it will be next to nothing and the same for if it takes away some.. don't worry about it

Yeah, the power gains are very negligible. In the end, it's really your preference. Some midpipes sound different than others as well.

Check here, you may find what you are looking for in BBK vs MAC: http://www.mustangexhaust.com/forums...ps.php?catid=7

I personally would go with BBK, but I am sure there aren't huge differences unless the pipe size is bigger on one of them, which I doubt. Watch some youtube videos, try searches like "bbk vs mac h-pipe" or find cars with similar mods which use each pipe and compare the sound.
