Thumbs down Lakewood Bellhousing woes

I just had a 347 built for me trying to bolt up trans everything slides in like needed then as i tighten the bolts from trans to motor i notice the flywheel is rubbing on the backing plate motor will not crank over (not trying to start just wanted to see if it moved) i dont have tools for measuring bellhousing or offset dowl pins i dont understand why it wont bolt back up any ideas

i dont need the lakewood bellhousing with my setup would like to trade +cash for stock t5 bellhousing

Ford doesnt carry Frp does but 200 is alittle outta reach right now so it might have to just stay on back burner all out of money for this project any can help me please please please let me know i would even just buy a stock one if someone has one

ps boneyards dont have any in stock
