T-5 to Tremec t-5 swap

Ok guys i have a big problem. i got a 95 mustang a few months ago and it had a cracked t-5 tranny in it. i just got a transmission from a friend that was out of a 2001 mustang 3.8. everything bolted up but now my speedometer spins like a top. does anyone know of any programmers or calibrators out there to fix this? my car is a 95 gt. i need to fix this ASAP due to this car being a daily driver!!

The 2000 and up or 2001 and up tremec transmissions don't use the speedo gears anymore they went to some new sensor
