Default A Few Electrical Problems

My instruments cluster/ gauge panel will not light up.
.... aftermarket gauges don't light up either.
.... headlights will SOMETIMES dim-up (a little brighter) when theirs more RPMs.
.... headlights will turn off if I use my fog lights.
.... Sometimes when my BRIGHTS are on, the headlights will go out.

How do you fix?

i've had the same type of probs on civic, turns out it was were the ground from the battery to the chassis (cheesey braided grnd wire) rotted pretty bad.when the rpms were higher i guess it pushed iy's way through and worked some lights. my suggestion to you is make sure your getting the right voltage, check at the line side of the fuses to chassis and see what you get,if that's ok (means alt, batt, regulator good) check to see if you might have added to much to a common ground wire that does everything and she burnt.that would cause somethings to work and others not,due to one item might pull a ground through something else if it looses it's main ground, causing that something else to heat and dim.but check it well cause these type of problems have two endings, nothing works or your calling the fire dept so fix it right.hope this helps, remember work on one thing at a time don't try to fix the whole prob at once, if you do you'll want her to burn.
