95 is the last year of the 5.0 mustang... and that swap you would be going backwards. i think the sn95 was lighter then the newer bodies.. since it sounds like you already bought the 00-04 model.. save up for a 03-04 cobra motor swap..will be the best swap you ever do for that car.

if you are referring to a 4.6l cobra motor... you might wanna actually go ask in the 4.6l section
