so push the horn button and go out to the horn itself with a test light and check for power and ground first before disassembling anything...fyi , horn pad pulls/ pops off
I too had a horn issue that ended up being just a blown fuse. Behind the steering wheel there are two screws, one on each side. I believe they are roberston tips. Good luck!
