Default Turn signal issue

I recently replaced my headlights with a one piece kit, once i was done i realized something wasn't right. My driver side running light/turn signal bulb is running both filaments all the time, and when i try to use that turn signal it doesn't work, yet when i put the hazards on it does work. Now is that a wiring issue or is it the relay? And as far as the relay is concerned is there only one relay for both flashers?

They are the correct bulbs, the problem is that the driver side running light/turn signal bulb is a dual-filament bulb, and when i have the headlights on, both filaments are lit up, but aren't supposed to be.

then its not the correct bulb in that 1 spot. I don't recall any bulbs in Fox's aside from the brake lights that are dual filament. Slap a single filament in there, problem solved.
The running light and turn single are one in the same, as you know. When the turn signal is activated, the circuitry for the running light is supposed to be intervened by the turn signal. With a dual filament bulb, this won't happen.

well those were the bulbs that were in it before, and the passenger side still works. I'll try out a single filament and let you know how it works.

If it's only the one side doing it,a piece of debri might have fallen into the socket causing it to come in contact with the other side.Try to clean the socket out too.

Thanks for all the help, there were some crossed wires. All's well with the dual filament bulbs.
