Ok, so i have a 1990 Gt full bolt ons heads cam exhaust full works. The car starts fine cold you can run it until the engine comes to running temps. If you shut it off and start it back immediately it fires up, but if you wait a few minutes it will not fire at all, it just winds and winds. If the key is turned over the fuel pump comes on, which leads me to believe im losin fuel pressure so im leanin towards a regulator. Ive already changed the module in the distributor. Any other ideas? timing maybe?

verify fuel pressure with a gauge= only sure way to eliminate that as a possibility

ive got a gauge on it, It seems to be letting the injectors dump the remaining fuel into the motor, which i think is flooding it gas smell is horrible when it winds... would also explain if you wait 30 mins to an hour and it fires right up again. Im thinking the fuel is evaporating off the pistons. Im almost positive its the regulator

well if the injectors are dumping fuel into the motor once its off (i.e leaking), you have more then just regulator problems
