I was removing my old restricted headers to put in some pype's headers. While removing the stock headers on the side of the dipstick tube, my dipstick tube broke. So now i am left with a short amount of tube stuck where the dipstick tube should be in and it is preventing me from installing a new dipstick tube.

The only solution i see is lifting my motor a few inches and removing my oil pan and taking out the broken piece of dipstick tube with my hand. But removing my oil pan is a lot of work. Has anybody ever experienced this, is there a simpler solution in removing the broken piece of dipstick.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

use an easy out to remove / extract broken piece
