I'd start with replacing the clutch fan, make sure system is bled properly throw on a new radiator cap and if it still does it after that , it may have a partially restricted radiator but I'd assume a fan first

it would be a good idea to start with the fan and fan clutch. Also check if your fan is spinning while your car is on. sometimes the shroud can slip down and prevent the fan from spinning and cooling properly.

well yesterday i was looking at it and noticed my belt was rubbing with water pulley and tensioner, so i replaced the belt, i guess old one stretched, and i also noticed that sometimes u can hear the fan spinning and blowing air and somtimes u cant, and my fan does not feel as tight as it use to when turning it by hand so im either going to replace clutch fan or upgrade to electric

sometimes you can hear the fan and sometimes not because it's what you call a thermostatic fan clutch.
