Default which valve springs?

93 5.0L motor stock heads, gt 40 upper lower intakes, 65 mm explorer t, e303 cam, 1.6 rr's
which valve springs should i be looking at? would stock work or shuld i upgade. kinda on a budget to

ford racing recommends the A-50 springs and B-50 retainers , go on summits website type in your cam and hit the suggested parts link and you'll see what you need

is there anyway i can find out if there is a cam in this car already without pulling it out?

if i got the stock cam, and decide not to replace it, can i upgrade the springs and retainers? im going with 1.6 rr;s

Measure tappet lift, multiply by rocker ratio = valve lift and check what cams may provide that lift........
