Default bypassing heater core

how should i do it? looks like a tight bend, do they make a hose fitting that wont kink?

you can kink it, its not going to hurt anything

i know there is a hose that is perfect for the job, I used it myself. The part number is floating around the site somewhere. Use the search and you should be able to find it.

You can go to Auto Zone and buy hose number S-4354, it’s about $8.00 cut about 1" off and it fits perfectly.

Or Napa Item: Hose - Radiator Upper (U-shaped bypass hose)
Product Number: NBH10743
Price: 7.49

Or you could buy this one at Breeze Automotive, which was made for exactly what you're trying to do.
