Default AODE rebuild.

How much would a AODE rebuild kit cost and overall cost to rebuild the tranny for a 1994 mustang GT. THe problem is where the car reaches 65MPH it high revs. I have to shift it into 1st then let it high rev then shift it back into D. My Prez of my club said it could be the Sync fro the previous driver doing so any burnouts. Anyone know what it could be?
