Default GT 40 P info

I just bought an entire 99 Explorer motor with low miles. Going to do some mods and put in my fox body. I am looking into info on F-cam and valve springs for it.

My question is and I know they exist somewhere, What valve springs are best for GT40p heads with the F-cam? I was told crane makes a set but I can not find them anywhere. Can anyone get me a part number or link etc..???

Also one other thing, has anyone used this setup with 1.6 or bigger roller rockers? Wondering if there are clearance issues? Thanks in advance.
