Default O2 sensor replacement

I'm trying to replace my o2 sensors and have one question. Are the threads reversed or do these things just not wanna come out? I'm afraid if I use a cheater bar I'll snap something off.

Thanks in advanced for any input.

you most likley wont beable to take it off without heating it till its red hot with a torch.. When i replaced mine, i sprayed rust pen on it for like an entire day and tried breaking the thing off and it didnt move at all. I had to go down to my mechanic and he had to heat it then use an impact gun to bust the thing out..

An impact gun to get the o2 off? What was he using a crow's foot? I got mine off easily without anything besides muscle and leverage.

I doubt Ford used anti sieze. Mine were stock o2's. You know Ford wouldn't spend the money on anti seize in the early 90's to installl an o2 sensor.

Like Fox23 said, you'll probably have to heat it up. When I was taking off my stock exhaust I shattered 3 out of 4 of the exhaust manifold flange bolts. Soaked them in PB blaster but just wasn't enough.
