Default rear main seal

i was wondering if anybody has a good pic of a rear main seal. i really cant tell if its bad or not. im pretty sure i need to replace it. its just that the manual says to pry it out with a screwdriver. i guess i just expected to be able to see the issue better.

DONT USE A SCREWDRIVER

take two sheetmetal screws and drill them on both sides of the ring, this will let you pull out the ring easily and without scratching the metal, forgot the term, anyway the new one has to go in even, use a ruber mallet and slowly work in the new ring, light taps in a 360* circle

Make sure when you replace it that the spring side of the seal faces into the engine.
