Default electrical issues, fried ecu

i have a 93 lx original 4 cyl with a implanted 5.0 mass air engine. It did run, but now once power is connected and ignition turned on it fries the ECU. Any ideas on where to start looking for this problem????? Or what it could be, all I can think of it a bad ground or an arc of power, but where?

it won't be a bad ground....either a short to power on a ground due to a chaffed wire or a short to ground on a B+ /12V WIRE TO THE ECM, CHECK your harness
