I don't have the stock cats and I don't know where to get them. And who is to say that will make it pass. Is that true that there is supposed to 4 cats on a stock exhaust?

Put in a horribly bad transmission that is hard to handle. I.E. it keeps shooting out of first into Neutral and 2nd won't go in and all other gears grind. As long as you can get the car in there, they will think its their driving skills.xD
