Default What backspace and offset?

I've got my sn-95 front end parts lined up for my fox. What offset and backspace do I need to order when I order my Bullitts? I'm going to get 17 x 9 's all around, but don't know what exactly to order.

What about running 17x8's in the front and 17x9's in the rear? As I don't really want to have problems with rubbing the lower control arm. Will a stock set of bullitts work? I can find a few sets of "take offs" that aren't priced too bad.
