........FYI VA requires a tail pipe test on pre obd 2 vehicles, cats will need to be on and smog for visual

not in az lol out here you have to go to the state emmission facilities but if your in certain rural areas you dont need to go to emmissions at all! its not like say for instance pa were you can take it to a shop in some guys back yard and get it emissioned

^^^MD is the same way....state run program......however In MD here historic tags can be had on a vehicle 20 years or older, so 89 and below foxes can slip past the sniffer with the right tags
