Default Alternator Not Charging Battery

Ok, right now my Alternator will not charge my battery and I can't figure out why. A few weeks ago the batter got put in backwards and the wrong cables got put on the wrong terminals. Killed the alternator and the solenoid. Since replacing both of those and some blown fuses I was able to get the 'Stang started and running but the battery does not seem to be charging when it's running. I've had the new alternator and battery tested at both Schucks and Napa, both come back with a clean bill of health. So now I'm stuck trying to figure out where to go from here.

It has been suggested that my Fusible Links might be blown, but I checked and there does not appear to be any obvious damage to them. It has also been suggested that the cables going to the alternator might be fried but I have no clue how to test that.

I would like to Diagnose and Repair this myself without having to go to a shop, but I am woefully under-experienced with cars period, let alone electrical issues. (At least 90% of the reason I bought the car was to learn the DIY way). Is there any help or advice you guys can give?

They've been replaced as well, I should probably have noted that.

I'm still an amateur at this, I had no clue how to diagnose whether or not those were any good and no clue was given in my last thread :-P

I didn't even know what it stood for until you just said it lol, but I'm willing to learn, and I think at the end of the day that counts the most. I purchased the car because I didn't have even the most rudimentary knowledge of automobiles and nobody to learn it from growing up, and now I have the cash and the passion to put into learning all I can.
