Default little or no brakes on 88 5.0
I have a88 5.0 that just dont want to stop! Has factory brakes on front w/svo roters and a 1998 gt disk brake rear. Heard that svo calipers would help the front.Do I need newer model booster and master cylinder?

when you say has little or no brakes do you mean the pedal sinks to the floor? the pedal is stiff like it has no power assist? please give more info on your symptom so we can help

and make sure your brake booster isnt defective if u press the peddle and hear a hissing its f**ked... get a new one had the same thing happen to mine

have bleed the brakes a couple of times just to be sure.Pedal seems to be spongie.Doesnt go to the floor .Have good vac. to booster.

Get a better booster and master cylinder, one that is designed to work with 4 wheel discs. The fox MC is barely able to supply the stock setup.
