Need a quick answer on Trick Flow Twisted Wedge heads
Local guy is selling Trick flow head's for $800.
The guy was kinda bat-**** crazy and said that these WILL NOT work for stock piston's and such, so its got me worryed.
(he also is selling these because he is putting X303 heads on a 393 motor, because thouse will work better!? and said i need to fatten up my fuel jet for the nitrous because ill burn a hole in the piston with the jet's the nitrous company's recommend !!! WTF!?)
I know plenty of guys running these on stock bottom end's with no issue. So this dude is nut's right?
He said the head's have been o-ringed, and the bowls blended also.
With the head's being o-ringed its no big deal as long as i use a gasket like the current one's which are Fel-pro's right????
I just wanna be sure these head's will work for my car. the guy need's me to call him back ASAP to decide if i want them. and Ill more then likely be going up tomorrow morning to pick them up.
Mod's are in the sig, still have STOCK cam, so i dont see these having any problem's with my stock bottom end. Im just unsure about the o-ringing and such.

If the heads are o-ringed the block needs to be machined for o-rings as well. As for the other stuff, eh. Some of the nitrous setups, like Edelbrock, recommend nearly stupid rich tunes. I wouldn't use X303 heads on a 392, they'll work, but there are much better choices, like a set of Fast As Cast TFS heads, or the badass route would be TEA ported heads like TFS High Ports.
