compression vs crank issue?

you shouldn't but if you do get a 92-95 high torque mini= prob solved , already done it to mine...works great, I had issues on heat soak, although the mini does experience some reduced cranking from heat soak too, it is still ample to easily start the car

^doubtful, maybe in the short run but any extended driving it wont matter.
thanks mike and adam, i'll guess ill just have to play around with it. first start up i estimate may be less than a week ordering custom pushrods today
