ya.. i totaly agree.. i choose to talk to the customers couse who knows a product more then one who uses one... i was just looking at the trick flow Cylinder Head R Series and i have to admit they are impressive one of the definite stand outs but im still reading over the fine print haha another good idea before a desition is made. but i am thinking if AFR has a 225cc why cant i find a trick flow 225cc or close i thought i have before but i must be looking in the wrong places all i see is a 206cc witch is probably more then enough but im lost on why i dont see them hmm... keep me posted if you see anything

rilly what size of heads? i do have to admit that i like AFR's better but i do know that trickflow is a high end company so they are probably doing somthing right.. so i might as well check them out give them a chance and who knows maybe somthing for me... but ya thanks for posting hope to hear back from you soon

what made me choose them is the big time drag racers in my area swear by them, Ive seen them on cars going 7.50's, stock displacement 302's up to big inch windsors, there just an all around good head with good parts from TF, they have been in the game for a long time. If you jump on a lot of other mustang boards and type in high ports you always get good feedback. As for my junk its got a 347 stroker, C.I. Billet cam, QMM ported HP's, EFI spyder intake, TKO 600, Built 8.8... I could go on for days
The twisted wedge and high port heads are the best bang for the buck, by a long shot.
"Big" head, custom billet cam, "big" efi intake, and hang on for dear life.

That is going to be a STRONG running car. I have a cam from the cam company (camshaft innovations) and canfield heads (they mimic high ports, not made any more either). "CI" also sells trickflow heads with the correct springs for your cam.
