My car had the same problem, the motor is shot. Hence the voltage drop when the switch is engaged. I just replaced the motor in my coupe last week takes 30 minutes or so start to finish. Look for 3 bolts (10mm) above the speaker about 2/3 the way up the door. Remove the three bolts. Then take out your speaker. The window motor will take some effort to remove but put your arm through the speaker hole and remove motor. Window motors are 40 buck at auto zone.

Mine did this one night at work went down then wouldn't go back up no noise or anything. I took off the door panel and the track had slipped or cocked just a little pulled it back and the window went right up.
