driver window wont roll up
#2
When this happened on my Avalanche it ended up being the regulator. I bought a new one that had a new motor already attached and it was a fairly easy fix, but I don't know how difficult it is on a Mustang since we definitely don't have the same years.

I'd test the switch to make sure that there's power to the switch and then to the motor itself.
If you don't already have one grab a test light at the parts store.
If you need a window motor PM me with the application and I'll see if we can get yah one.

Pull the motor out and hook it to a twelve volt battery and see if it turns. If it does then the nylon bushings in the motor are worn out. An easy (and permanent) fix for this is to replace the three bushings with 5/16" - 18 nuts (6 stacked in 3 stacks). Those bushings are a fail safe so no fingers are cut off so dont get your finger caught between the glass when you do this. If that doesnt fix the issue you likely have a bad switch or wiring.
