Default Putting a 429 into an 88 GT

I am looking to put a 429 into a 1988 GT with poosibly a c6 tranny. I am wondering if anybody has ever done this and if there are any issues that anyone knows about that I will encounter. I know I'm going to have to put a heavier suspension and better rear end but will I have any problems fitting the motor and tranny in the car? If anyone has any thoughts on this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
