hey guys will a set of 3.55 gears from a 05 mustang gt, fit in a 87-93 8.8 rear?

also a buddy of mine just got a stang, and he says if he power brakes the car will leave 2 patches of rubber.ld but he did a donut and there was only 1 tire mark left...does this mean he needs to rebuild his trac-lok?

any help is appreciated...thanks

as long as they are for an 8.8 yes....... as for the rear, it may need new clutches

ok should they be 28 or 31 spline gears?

and new clutches...will a trac-lok rebuild kit with clutch packs fix that?

k thanks...so a 88 stock 8.8 rear end gears should be 31 spline? is that the same as a 05 gt?

and does anyone know how much of a difference will there be with a rebuilt trac-lok compared to a worn ut 1 wheel peel track-loc?
