Default Cleaning a MAF sensor

Most people have told me all you have to do is take it off, spray it with some MAF sensor cleaner and brush off any dirt or stuff on the sensors and your done. Anything else I should be aware of cleaning it or is that just it?

I wouldn't be brushing any of the sensors. The only thing i'd want to touch it with is the spray.

Don't touch the wires, just spray it with the cleaner and blow it off gently with compressed air....if you break one of the wires you're ****ed.
