Put it in reverse roll back about 10 feet and then throw it into first hammer it and drop the clutch....you have posi now....<IMG src=smileys/smiley17.gif border="0">
You need to rebuild the limited slip clutches in the rearend. They are designed to engage when in a straight line, and unlock when making a turn.
You might try draining the diff and adding just a good quality synthetic gear oil, as someone may have put in too much additive when changing out the gear oil. This will cause a clutch to slip even if it is good.
I would pull the carrier and take a look..clean and reinstall or rebuild it..if the clutch back isn't too bad you can a 1-2 extra clutches from another rear and your set..
