over kill or headed in the right direction??
i have a 1990 5.0 hatch...all ive done is bbk shorty headers ... bbk ssi intake ...electric fans..gt40 heads .. and a set of flows... my question is .. im in the market to purchase a bigger throttle body and injectors.. i wanted to buy a 75 mm throttle body and 30# injectors and i wanted to know if thats over kill for my setup or am i headed in the right direction??

way over kill. you have the stock cam, a crappy set of heads and a horrible intake. stock injectors are fine and a 65-70mm tb would be enough. keep in mind that a larger tb will net you no hp gain at all if your still using the stock maf. a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and the maf is the weakest link (i.e. smallest opening)

The SSI intake isn't a very liked intake...... You really don't need bigger injectors but all you would need if you really do is 24#s. The heads are not crappy. They are better than e7's but then again compared to pretty much any aluminum head they don't stand a chance.
