ok so im juuuust getting around to building my motor(only took 2 years

can I re-use the OEM water pump, oil pump, timing chain/gears, harmonic balancer?

yes to all, but it would be beneficial to replace all. never know how well they will perform after sitting for 2 years.

I would just replace them. You can get them all for cheap other than the harmonic balancer. The oil pump and timing chain I would deff. replace.

for the $ value buy an new oil pump
gears and chain id replace too just cause its fairly cheap and again saves you from pulling it off again

everything else id say your ok?
