Default What can cause it to no fire on all cylinders?

Just looking for some ideas, just replaced the coil, distributor (used but good condition) and plug wires. A lot of the wiring is covered in electrical tape and i am going to try and reveal it all tomarrow. I was told by a local its either the wiring or the "duraspark" box, just picked up this car for a steal, it has a BRAND new motor, trans, paint, suspension, rear end, interior, ect. The guy ran out of money, slapped in **** ignition parts to sell it. The night i got it, it ran like a raped ape and now only 2,3 and 6 fire (felt the headers). Any ideas of what it could be besides the box and wiring?

What is the correct firing order? I seen two different orders on the internet i think, what should it be? And its counter clockwise right? A diagram would be nice...
