-oil pressure dropping then picking back up immmediatly
-valves louder than normal but not screaming
-small amount of smoke coming from header closest to passenger

any ideas? this is my daily driver and i actually need to drive it later today so immediate help please

i have a 331 if that info is needed

Are you going off the stock gauge? If so get a mechanical and see what it does then.
Pull the valve covers and check your rockers and make sure they are torqued to spec.
How long has the motor been running and what all do you have done?

no aftermarket gauges but the oil pressure gauge is correct. i added two quarts of oil and it stopped but that still doesnt explain the smoke coming from the single cylinder but my thought is maybe one of the oil rings and burnt up because it was burning oil

right now as is i have a 331 stroker with gt40 heads an e303 cam 32 lbs injectors 1.7 rocker arms bbk cold air and long tube headers msd ignition intake has been p&p. lots more planned though jsut gotta wait for the money
