I'm a bit confused when it comes to the front. The rotors are separate from the hubs unlike the current setup, so I'll need new hubs to attach the rotors to. I haven't seen that mentioned yet. Is that because everyone is doing the swap from an SN95 and getting the parts from that? I was thinking of doing the swap exactly as you described it; I'm not ready to go with a rear disc setup.

there is 2 ways to swap the front.. rotors from an svo will work but the hub will stick thru the wheels on most setups. If you get 94-95 stuff you get the better brakes, better steering geometry, less weight on the front end
