Default Bad ignition cylinder?

After i start up, i have to wiggle the ignition to get my a/c, turn signals and instrument lights to work. I tried cleaning it up and its worse, so i need to replace it. Anyone here ever change one out and know whats involved to do it.

long screwdriver & torx bits if I remember correctly. But I think it requires a security torx bit. (the kind with the hole in the middle) I'd wait for someone to confirm that though. The screwdriver is for taking the plastic cover off. The alternative is to use two zip ties to hold it up. The problem is the 4 small aluminum prongs bend after time. bending the back will weaken & possibly break them off. The zip tie route does work very well if you're low on money. I did it to my friends car & he's had no trouble out of it since 2 years ago when it happened.
