Default Question about Bumpsteer numbers

I recently put in a whole new MM front end under the car including their bolt through outer tie rods. Ive been trying to work on the bumpsteer all day with no luck.

Im not sure why but my dial indicator will start off at .030" at 3.5" droop and will slowly go up for a couple of inches. But when I near ride height the gauge will turn around and start going negative. Ive gotten it to go as high as -.582"!

It does this no matter what spacer stack I put in. The lowest number Ive gotten is -.222".

What the heck and Im doing wrong?

Just for reference "+" is toe-in and "-" is toe-out.
