I changed it to 7 PSI, I do notice that when I rev it up to about 3 grand it drops 1 psi so that means whenever it was at 4.5 psi it was dropping to 3.5 psi and probably even lower upon higher revs

my holley red is mounted to the outside of my spare tire well behind the bumper i have never had a problem with it there. and yes your fuel pressure was very low. mine runs free low at about 8-9psi. you cant tell if it has made a difference by just reving the engine you need to drive it and put a load on the engine. i know you can pick up some braided steel line that will extend your gauge so you can read it while you drive.

You can't really tell it in the video but my fuel pump isn't really even loud at all but the FPR or around that area is very loud, it isn't always loud though just something and I'm not able to figure it out it's like its building up too much pressure or something? Is there supposed to be a return line for it or something?

Get a gauge so you can visually see it while driving, there is a difference from just reving the motor with no load to actually mashing the gas while driving it. Without knowing whats going on while driving it your just gonna be guessing.

Okay Well I did find my problem maybe I drove the car a while and waited til it started cutting off I brought it home cut it off and then turned the fuel pump on and let the fuel pressure build up, Then I started the car gave it 1 good hard rev pressure went down to 3 another rev down to 1 psi and the fuel pump was REALLY quite, I also noticed I have no return line as most people said I should, So I was just thinking maybe I should just go back to a stock fuel pump? Is there only 1 needed (in the tank) or is there a mechanical one mounted up front also? Thanks!

you cant go back to the stock fuel pump it puts out way too much pressure. the stock tank has a return line the hook your line up. i dont know how you are running a pressure regulator with out a return line, you need one for it to work

Well I don't think I got a return line lol all I got is a line feeding from the tank going into the FPR and one going from the FPR to the Carb......
