Is the backing plate that goes between the trans and the motor on a automatic and manual the same? I have a 94 that is becoming a manual car.

if youre talking about the block plate i dont think so. i just changed mine and they are a bear to get a hold of but im pretty sure the c4 and t5 block plates are different. same with the bellhousing i believe. i could be wrong though. im not 100%.

The 94 Mustang does not have a C4 transmission, I am not 100% sure what it is but I do know its not a C4

from a mustang t-5 I believe, they also sell them I believe still from places like 50resto??
